Grace Leadership Academy is blessed to have an amazing faculty and staff!  Each one has joined our team in response to the call of God on their lives.

As a school that values Academic Excellence, we have high expectations for our faculty and substitute teachers. Our foundational pillars include Academic Excellence, Christian Leadership, Biblical Worldview, and American Foundations.

We expect our teachers to partner with parents in the education of their children, preparing the students academically and spiritually.  That partnership includes good communication and the joint purpose of doing what is best for each child while maintaining order and adhering to our core values of honor, humility, hunger, holiness, and health.

Our Faculty and Staff members must treat all children, parents, and staff members with respect and work together in unity and Christian fellowship.

All employees must born-again Christians (John 3:3, 1 Peter 1:23) who know the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior. Teachers and staff must be actively serving in a local church and provide a pastoral reference during the application process.  Teachers must agree to adhere to our Code of Ethics as well as all that is included in the Faculty Handbook, which includes a Statement of Faith.
